Registration informations

Ensure your charter boat for the 27th Lions Clubs International Humanitarian Regatta!

The total price of the application consists of:

1. Mandatory registration fee: €150 per participant. This fee is automatically calculated based on the entered “Number of participants” in the registration form. The registration fee includes: two dinners, music, judging, tent, printing of all signage and materials, sound system and video wall, and gifts for all participants.
2. Boat rental: The price of boat rental from the Adriatic Charter fleet covers four days (the duration of the regatta), and includes all necessary equipment and bed linen. The rental price depends on the selected cabin configuration.
3. Humanitarian contribution: Each participant is asked to contribute €100, which will be used to support humanitarian programs aimed at preventing addiction in Croatia (including drugs, alcohol, gambling, and digital devices), Please make the payment to:

4. Transit log: A transit log fee of €150 is to be paid directly to Adriatic Charter in Sukošan upon boat pick-up.

Payment Terms:

1. 40% of the boat price and the starting fee + total donation immediately after registration.
2. 60% of the boat price and the starting fee until March 1st, 2026

Reservation and boat rental options:

• Option A: Boat rental from the Adriatic Charter fleet
  • The rental price depends on the selected cabin configuration.
  • Please select the desired category of sailboat based on the number of cabins you need.
  • Berth configurations:
    • 3 cabins: 8 berths (€1,150.00)
    • 4 cabins: 10 berths (€1,300.00 €)
    • 5 cabins: 12 berths (€1,500.00)
  • • The rental price includes boat insurance.
  • Important: Reservations are made exclusively according to the required number of cabins. The sailboat model is assigned to you within the selected category (Bavaria Yachts).
• Option B: Using your own vessel
  • In case of using your own vessel, you do not pay a boat rental fee, but only the mandatory registration fee of €150 per participant and a humanitarian contribution of €100 per participant.
