Notice on Submitting Consumer Written Complaints
Pursuant to Art. 10. paragraph 4 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette, No. 19/22), consumers are hereby informed that they may submit a complaint regarding the quality of our services in writing:

The Partner shall respond to the User’s written complaint in writing, by mail or email, within 15 days of its receipt.
Pursuant to Art. 27. paragraph 4 of the Consumer Protection Act, consumers/users are hereby informed that after receiving the Partner’s response to the written complaint, or upon expiration of the deadline for its delivery, they may submit a claim to the User Claims Committee of the Association of Lions Clubs of Croatia – Lions District 126 Croatia in person, at the Association’s business premises, or in writing:

The Committee shall respond to the User regarding the received claim by mail or email within 30 days of receiving the claim.
