      1. Purchase method and terms of sale<\/li><\/ol>

        Purchase method<\/strong><\/p>

        Boat rental is done in several steps:<\/p>

        1. The user fills out a questionnaire where he selects the type of boat and the number of crew members<\/li>
        2. Enters general information about the crew<\/li>
        3. Finally, a payment offer is formed for him<\/li>
        4. He pays for the service by secure card (CorvusPay)<\/li>
        5. He receives a payment confirmation and a fiscalized invoice (must be seen with Amon Ra).<\/li><\/ol>

          Terms of Sale<\/strong><\/p>

          The company Amon Ra d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the organizer) provides online services on the World Wide Web (Internet) via the page of the partner in organizing the regatta on the website https:\/\/lionsregattacroatia.hr\/<\/p>

          The company’s service consists of providing regatta organization services.<\/p>

          Terms of Business<\/strong><\/p>

          These General Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) prescribe the terms of business for End Users (hereinafter referred to as the “Users” or “User”). By using the services of the organizer. Users express their agreement with these Terms and agree to use the services in accordance with them. The right to use the services is a personal right of the User and cannot be transferred in any way to other legal or natural persons, nor is any person authorized to register other legal or natural persons.<\/p>

          The Organizer declares under material and criminal liability that for all goods and services distributed and sold through the service, the company has concluded contracts for the sale of goods and services with the actual providers of these services, or their sales intermediaries.<\/p>

          All prices are in euros (EUR) – VAT included – and are valid for all payment methods at the time of purchase.<\/p>

          The court in Zadar is competent for legal disputes that may arise as a result of using the portal services (unless otherwise provided for in a special contract), and they are resolved in accordance with Croatian legislation. By using the services, the User agrees that the court in Zadar is competent for any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms.<\/p>

          The User agrees and accepts that access to the portal services may sometimes be interrupted, temporarily unavailable or disabled due to regular website maintenance or for other reasons that are beyond the responsibility of the Contractor.<\/p>

          By using the services on the website, or by using any part of their content, the User confirms that he\/she is familiar with and agrees to these Terms, as well as all other terms of use of the services.<\/p>

          The Organizer reserves the right, if it deems it necessary, to revoke or modify any of the terms set forth herein at any time and without prior notice, and such changes shall enter into force on the date of publication on the website.<\/p>

          The User is responsible for the acquisition and maintenance of his computer equipment, including all software and hardware that he owns and uses, as well as other equipment necessary for accessing and using the services, and all related costs. The User’s liability applies to any damage or possible injury caused by any error, exception, interruption, deletion, malfunction, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, interruption in the communication line, theft, destruction or unauthorized access, changes or misuse of records, inappropriate behavior, negligence or any other act.<\/p>

          In addition to the above conditions, the Organizer shall not be liable, regardless of the cause or duration, for any errors, inaccuracies or other deficiencies, inappropriate or second-hand information found on the website, as well as for any delays or interruptions in the transmission of information to the User, and for any claims or losses arising therefrom. None of the above parties shall be liable for any claims or losses of third parties, including lost profits.<\/p>
